Make an impact with our Lottery Solutions team as a Manager, Charity Lotteries. This diverse team of professionals utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist our not-for-profit clients in mitigating risk as they raise funds through large raffles. As a member of our Lottery leadership team, you’ll oversee lottery administration services for several of our clients across Canada, supporting the internal control environment that safeguards clients’ assets, improves financial reporting reliability and maintains regulatory compliance.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee operations and delivery of multiple lottery programs throughout the year so that operating targets, service and production standards and customer requirements are met
- Project management for each lottery
- Act as primary contact for communications with client (daily and on demand) for key lottery accounts
- Handle escalated public queries/concerns
- Lead/carry out draws in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other team members and local team(s) on issues that affect operations
- Oversee short and long-term managerial reporting for lottery clients
- Monitor and analyze various reporting metrics related to lottery customer reporting on ticket revenue, and service level statistics
- Identify priority actions, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, elevate critical issues and follow up
- Act as a critical component of the quality control process for lottery teams across the country
- Be available to respond to tight deadlines and work under pressure and proactively pursue client delivery objectives
- Work professionally and productively with outside service providers
- Work with senior personnel effectively building trust and confidence
- Effectively manage lottery staff, including
- Provide supervision and support to junior team members during delivery of each program
- Provide direction and leadership while fostering a positive environment that engages team members
- Lead team members in initiatives to achieve excellence in quality customer experience, data entry, and administrative processes to meet business needs
- Business development/networking
- Attend local events, especially as they relate to lottery programs (launches, wind-up events, winner reveals, fundraising events)
**Skills and Experience**
- Completed post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 year’s progressive management/supervisory experience with similar responsibility
- At least 2 years of operational management/oversight experience
- Experience working with complex fundraising, raffle or similar software systems would be an asset
- Highly proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent team building and leadership skills experience
- Strong ability to work independently while supporting team objectives for client service delivery
- Sound organizational, analytical, judgement and decision-making skills with proven abilities in problem solving
- Solid interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Criminal and Credit check required
- Must be able to obtain regulatory license from Ontario and potentially other provincial regulatory bodies.
