At ICC we strive to provide children, youth, families, couples, and adults with evidence-based service that is empathetic and tailored to individual needs. We are looking for someone with a shared vision and a passion for working with all age groups. We are looking for someone who specializes in working with couples and families in Nanaimo.
**Requirements**:
- Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Social Worker licensed to practice counselling in BC.
- In good standing with appropriate College or Association (BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, British Columbia College of Social Workers)
- Professional Liability Insurance coverage
- A desire to work within a collaborative who have a shared vision for supporting our community
- Flexibility for weekend work
What we can offer you:
- In person office time on Thursday evenings Saturdays all day.
- Regular Consultation, Mentoring and Peer Supervision
- Use of our infrastructure (online platform - Jane, website, telephone service)
- Referrals of new clients

Working in a clinic like ICC provides you with team-based opportunities such as group supervision, collaboration, and training, as well as support from the clinic director. This position also comes with a presence on our website, online booking software, a furnished office space, and direct referrals. If you do not want to work in isolation and value collaboration, then this may be a position for you.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 - 12 per week
