**Summary**
An Administrative Assistant at a dealership is responsible for reporting on many aspects of dealership functions, handling financial aspects of car sales as directed by the sales team and. They prepare loan documents and deal paperwork for Finance Managers. Attention to detail and a high level of organization is a must Experience in the automotive industry is a major asset whether that experience is in licensing, reception, accounting or anything other dealership departments. An educational background in administration is also an asset but not required.
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment.
- Implement dealership policies and procedures.
- Report problem deals to management promptly.
- Address missing stipulations from lenders without delay.
- Uphold professional ethics and respect for customers.
- Familiarity with provincial regulations and legislation.
- Maintain accuracy and transparency in deal representation.
- Maintain customer information confidentiality.
- Stay updated on lender programs and evaluate new offerings.
- Data entry and a variety of reports, most often in Google Sheets
- Work closely with the management team to effectively communicate trends in reporting
- Perform other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of automotive industry or administrative experience.
- Strong understanding of sales, finance, and management.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial figures.
- Effective prioritization skills to meet business targets.

- You are a motivated individual who enjoys taking on new challenges
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented
- You have a thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and can effectively use formulas and time-saving features
- You follow through to ensure problems are resolved, working with all members of the organization
