Jack Carter Northstar Fernie is a well-established and reputable automotive dealership. We are looking for an outgoing and self-motivated individual to join and support our team.

**Task to include but not limited to**:

- Answering the phone and greeting customers
- Filing documents and maintaining filing systems
- Processing Accounts Payable & Data Entry
- Shuttling customers and vehicles
- Cash reconciliation and Accounts receivable tasks
- General cleaning and upkeep.

**Must Haves**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive, can do attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Proficient using Microsoft office
- Valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
