**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
- Educate clients on proper techniques and modifications to enhance their practice.
- Provide personalized guidance to help clients achieve their fitness objectives.
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during classes.
- Manage class schedules and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and organized.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress, feedback, and any concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest Pilates trends and techniques to continuously improve class offerings.
- **Qualifications**:

- Certified Classical Pilates Instructor (600+ hours of training preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury modifications.
- Trauma-informed training or experience working with diverse populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for holistic wellness and mindful movement.
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and conduct classes.
- Bilingual abilities in English and another language (preferably Spanish) are highly desirable but not a must have.
- Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire and motivate clients.
- Demonstrated ability to educate clients on fitness concepts and practices.
