Position: Job Coach (multiple positions)

**Location**: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

**Eligibility Requirements**:

- Post-secondary graduate
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person granted refugee status in Canada.
- Must have 2+ years' experience as an ESL teacher or a sport coach
- Must pass Edmonton Police Service Enhanced Security Background Check.

**Education/Experience**:

- University degree in TESOL, TESL, English Literature or sport-related
- Experience teaching English as a Second Language, both in Canada and internationally, or
- Experience in sports coach for youth

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with individuals of varying abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and data entry
- Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently, organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines with mínimal supervision

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with employers to develop and implement effective work accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation and a work logbook
- Manage cases of workplace participants, including providing ongoing feedback, adapting tasks, and monitoring participant well-being and performance.
- Identify areas for skill development to enhance employability
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
