Vicimus is looking for a **Junior Service Desk Analyst** for one of our clients in the GLA ( ToyotaTown, Lexus of London & White Oaks Collision Centre.) This is a great opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding work environment in a forward thinking company. We are looking for someone who is a good fit with our existing Helpdesk group, who has excellent organizational skills and who can work both as part of a team or independently. This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. They will respond to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. This role will require the individual to travel between locations.
**Expectations**
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
- Train computer users
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Clean up computers
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Travel within the GLA to branch locations
**Helpful Experience**
- Computer System Admin/Networking College Course
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Office 365 and VOIP phone experience
- Familiar with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Networking & WIFI
- Experience with Printers and copier trouble shooting
- Experience in Automotive is an asset
