The Digital Marketing Specialist at Capital Automotive will play a pivotal role in driving the dealership's online presence and digital marketing strategy. This individual will not only develop and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns but also leverage advanced analytics and technology to optimize our digital footprint. With a strong foundation in Google Analytics GA4, website backend management, and marketing automation, the Digital Marketing Specialist will ensure our marketing efforts are data-driven, highly effective, and technologically advanced. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and technical knowledge, making it perfect for a digital marketing professional looking to push the boundaries of digital marketing within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Google Analytics GA4 to monitor website performance, understand user behaviour, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use insights gained to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and marketing strategies across all digital platforms and integrate marketing automation and scripting to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the dealership remains at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, adopting new strategies and tools as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficient in Analytics, with substantial experience using Google Analytics GA4 for tracking performance and user behaviour, as well as conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in writing and adding scripts to automate marketing activities, enhancing efficiency and campaign performance.
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
