**Position Summary**:
**What you will do**:

- Support community engagement and special events both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and community agencies.
- Support the planning and execution of community engagement and special events, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate volunteer activities related to community engagement events and ensure volunteer satisfaction.
- Assist in fund development initiatives, including fundraising events like Pairings with Pulford.
- Manage administrative tasks related to fundraising efforts, ensuring timely payments and completion of necessary paperwork.
- Seek sponsorship for community events to enhance Pulford's brand awareness and fundraising efforts.
- Utilize Pulford’s social media platforms to promote events through posts and videos.
- Create and maintain a calendar for outreach activities, community events, workshops, and appearances.
- Provide full administrative assistance to the Director of Organizational Development.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related position, including special event and/or community relations experience.
- Previous work with non-profit organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Class 5F Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and set up for events.
- Occasional travel within the city limits may be required.
- Primarily indoor work environment with occasional outdoor events.
