**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and equipment to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage project budgets and assist in construction estimating to maintain financial efficiency.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets specifications outlined in blueprints and schematics.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates on progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in supervising teams, budgeting, and construction estimating.
- Excellent understanding of quality control processes and standards in construction.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
