What We Will Offer You: - A competitive rate of pay of $16.00 per hour - A 20% off Hudson Employee Discount - A 50% off Hudson Food & Beverage Discount - Paid Parking - $35 Transit reimbursement per month - $300 Hiring Bonus for joining our team This Sales Associate Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy: - Helping others, understanding a customer's needs, and in turn provide an amazing customer service experience while having fun doing it - Working at Edmonton International Airport Your Team is counting on you as a Sales Associate to: - Work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays - Work a shift of 4:00 am to 12:30 pm - Work a full-time schedule - Work in our Duty Paid Store Sales Associate Key Accountabilities: - Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers that exceeds their expectations - Assist customers with product/services selection and information - Know individual and store sales targets for every working shift - Maintain high energy and professional manner at all times - Service multiple customers using outstanding customer service standards - Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service - Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency - Communicate product knowledge to customers - Participate and contribute in daily briefings, staff meetings - Maintain the store, store organization, and visual display and store sets - Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times - Process product shipments and transfers - Participate in and complete any product knowledge training - Complete the Dufry +1 and Out in Front associate training certification program - Assist in onboarding and training of new associates Required Qualifications: - Vehicle required due to shift times - Comply with company dress code - Exhibit passion and pride in every area of responsibility - Ability to lift at least 40lbs/ 20kg - Execute 6 Customer Service Standards at all times: - Greet the customer. Make a great first impression - Offer assistance to each and every customer and ask questions - Recommend and Demonstrate product.
