**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Train, develop, and supervise bar staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Handle cash management duties, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Implement training programs for staff on customer service, product knowledge, and bartending skills.
- Monitor bar performance metrics and assist in budgeting processes to optimize profitability.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and enhances guest satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in the bar industry or similar roles within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, cash handling, and shift management.
- Background in hospitality management or restaurant management is essential.
- Experience in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and fostering team development.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food production, catering services, and banquet experience is advantageous.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
