You will work closely with each customer directly, finding their needs, individualizing the product and service to them, closing the sales process, and creating a long-lasting relationship that fuels our client’s sales portfolio.

**Customer Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage directly with customers to resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns designed to drive sales, customer service, and brand growth
- Conduct market research with the Customer Enrollment Representative team to understand customer needs, optimize company sales, and stay ahead of competition
- Work directly with other Customer Enrollment Representatives and strategize how to implement sales strategies best
- Take initiative in identifying areas for personal and professional growth, leveraging feedback and mentorship from senior Customer Enrollment Representatives to enhance business management skills
- Attend company-sponsored workshops alongside fellow Customer Enrollment Representatives to sharpen and develop business acumen and customer service/sales skills

**Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications**:

- 0-3 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field is highly desirable
- Adaptability and flexibility in an ever-changing environment
- Confident in negotiation and sales management skills
- Must be a people person and possess a team spirit
- Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
