**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls.
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors
- Develop training programs for new staff members to enhance their skills and integration into the team.
- Maintain organizational systems for files, records, and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in training development or mentoring is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems is essential.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
