Partner with Marketing, Data and Retention Teams; provide evidence-based recommendations to help them develop and execute engaging campaigns that maximize customer value and loyalty.

- Partner with Marketing, Data and Retention Teams; provide evidence-based recommendations to help them develop and execute engaging campaigns that maximize customer value and loyalty
- Deliver customer insights and perform post campaign analysis
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of our reports, and developing new ones following best practices while maintaining and expanding current reporting functions
- Perform hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns
- Provide support for the development of predictive models, customer segmentation studies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into requirements for analytical tools.
- Providing deep analytical reports to answer key business questions.
- Translating business needs to data products for decision support. Stakeholder management.
- Supporting predictive analytics with custom rich datasets
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
**Your stats**:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a data analytics capacity leaning towards CRM analytics
- Experience working within gambling, online gaming or similar industry
- A background in Statistics, Economics or Computer Science
- Knowledgeable in A/B testing and Hypothesis testing
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Experience dealing with complex datasets
- Self-motivated; uses initiative and ambition
- Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
- A hands-on individual; not afraid to roll their sleeves up
- Team player, sociable, and can quickly adapt to change
- Fluent English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus (Spanish/Portuguese)
