As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving the success of our facility. We welcome passionate and motivated individuals to become an integral part of our team.

**Location**:6550 Oakwood Dr, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 0H9

**Working Hours**: Monday thru Saturday - Typically five 8hour shifts/40 hours per week

**Work hours may vary to fit business needs

**About you**:

- At least 3 year of property management experience (preferably in a storage company) and willingness to learn the industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position.
- Dedicated, punctual and reliable.
- Great with technology and is proficient on smartphones/tablets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels internally and externally.
- Demonstrate ability to operate successfully in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Committed to working in a socially inclusive environment responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to the diverse needs of members including visible and non-visible dimensions of diversity.
- Physically fit

**What you'll be doing**:

- Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly operations
- Managing the location and employees
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Opening and closing the facility
- Showing & renting Self-Storage units
- Making Collection Calls
- Selling merchandise (upsell moving and packing supplies)
- Renting trucks and trailers (where applicable)
- Answering phone calls
- Receiving and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean office
- Performing a facility and locker check
- Stocking merchandise area
- Maintaining a clean and safe facility
- Ensuring all rentable storage units are clean and ready to show to potential clients
- Other duties as assigned
