We are currently hiring **Glaziers (Journeyman and Apprentices)** to join our installation team. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for installing commercial aluminum glazing systems, including curtain wall, storefront, skylights, and related components.

For individuals working toward their Journeyman certification, we offer support through our Ferguson Apprenticeship Support Program, which includes hands-on training, mentorship from experienced journeymen, and flexibility to attend technical training through the Alberta Apprenticeship Program.

**Open Positions**
- Journeyman Glaziers
- Apprentice Glaziers (All Levels)
- General Labourers

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install curtain wall, strip windows, unitized systems, skylights, etc.
- Install aluminum doors and hardware
- Read and interpret shop and fabrication drawings
- Lift and maneuver glass pieces/slabs for installation
- Assist with demolition tasks when needed
- Perform on-site problem solving and adapt to field conditions
- Use hand tools safely and correctly
- Identify and report damaged materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site after installations
- Carry out other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Highly organized with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and changing work conditions
- Strong team collaboration and communication across trades
- Comfortable with heights and physical labor
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
