Shelburne, Canada Ice River Sustainable Solutions Full time

Ice River Sustainable Solutions is looking for a **Projects Coordinator.** This role is a contract position for approximately one year. The position will be based out of the Shelburne office and report to the Director of Engineering and Technology.

**Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to**:

- Budget management & tracking of each project throughout duration.
- Tracking rentals while assuring best value. Working with delivery timing and ensuring proper equipment is available. Confirming invoicing matches actual use and is fair for use.
- Ordering parts & supplies; working with vendors, obtaining quotes, reviewing accuracy and tracking deliveries after purchase order is issued.
- Creating purchase orders, distribution and tracking of orders, receiving purchase orders.
- Creating summaries for accounts payable approval payment.
- Coordinating with freight for project equipment transfers or pickups.
- Labour reallocation coding and tracking.
- Providing support to engineering group as required.
- Invoice reviewing; summary sheet tracking, populating payment approval sheet and verifying all entries match appropriately.
