**Overview**:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment throughout the facility. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
- Coordinate the maintenance of the building services to maintain continuity of operations, minimize disruption to organizational activities and continually improve the sustainability of building operations.
- Test and inspect building fire system, generators, dock levelers, trailer restraints, dock doors and HVAC system to ensure effective operation
- Conduct minor repairs to dock levelers, trailer restraints, dock doors, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and lighting systems
- Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory codes, manufacturer’s requirements, industry practices and company Policies and Procedures
- Clean and sanitize offices, coolers, and and dock area to be compliant with our Food Safety Program
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day maintenance operation of the entire Spoke location supporting the entire delivery operations team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Time management skills
- Ability to multi task
- High School Diploma
- A Minimum of one year experience in an industrial setting
- Certified to operate mobile equipment
- Previous experience in a retail support centre an asset
- Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Occasionally lift over 88 lbs
- Two person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Possible exposure to extreme temperatures
- Alertness to other people and vehicles
- Various shifts including evenings and weekends
