**About us**

This job post is to hire a personal assistant for one of Kemet's executive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Unpack from travel and home moves
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, post office visits, and other personal shopping needs.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Complete household errands, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and manage utility services.
- Organize personal events like birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.
- Assist with meal planning, diet tracking, and even preparing meals if capable.
- Schedule and manage appointments like doctor visits, salon appointments, or fitness sessions.
- Conduct research on various topics as needed, such as finding services, comparing products, or gathering information for projects.
- Arrange transportation, managing car maintenance, and dealing with logistics.
- Book tickets for shows, events, or arrange leisure activities.
- Manage social media profiles and handling public relations.
- Assist with clothing and accessory shopping, and wardrobe management.
- Buy and wrap gifts for special occasions and holidays.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
