about this team

Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the technology business, the Technology Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to enable the growth of the Technology organization at lululemon through strategic and proactive identification of the best diverse talent. We are looking for a team player who can jump right in and help us continue to build out our technology organization.

a day in the life
- Partner directly with Senior Business Leaders to define, build, and execute recruiting strategies that identify and deliver diverse pools of talent for current and future business needs.
- Coach + influence the team on best practices for attracting and hiring world class talent.
- Inspire, grow, and nurture a team of recruiting professionals who deliver on the technology hiring needs.
- Create and maintain TA areas of focus model ensuring agile support of Senior Director and below roles.
- Design innovative talent intelligence & market mapping capabilities in partnership with key business leaders & People & Culture leaders.
- Influence current & future recruiting tools, road maps and recruitment priorities within the People & Culture team & cross-functionally.
- Through team leadership & directly recruiting, deliver against a comprehensive hiring plan by influencing operational systems & metrics capable of building for future growth.
- Oversee administration of recruitment process from start to finish and mentor others through the process.
- Live into and exemplify the online + offline employer brand story.
- Collaborates to develop and foster a culture of IDEA (D&I) based practices including non-traditional sourcing methods to embracing referrals.

qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a people leadership role leading talent acquisition at a global organization supporting Technology recruitment; leading recruiting teams of 6+ direct reports.
- Minimum 5 years in the work of recruitment (preferably within Technology).
- Experience building out process and strategy for a global Talent Acquisition organization.
- Strong background in developing partnerships & collaboration with Technology leaders to articulate who is the best talent.
- Experience building strategic market intelligence and talent mapping within Technology industry proactively.
- Strong background in Talent systems (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn) and building/delivering metrics and reporting. Leading with data and storytelling to leadership/team through reporting.
- Deep understanding of a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, conference recruiting and market mapping.
- Experience in developing efficient and effective business processes that support our talent acquisition team.
