**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure availability of parts.
- Process incoming and outgoing parts orders, including data entry into ERP systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Source and procure parts from suppliers while negotiating favorable terms.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance and inventory management.
- Perform demand planning to anticipate future parts needs based on historical data.
- Operate forklifts as needed for inventory management tasks.
- Provide support in manufacturing processes by ensuring the availability of mechanical components.

**Experience**
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in HVAC systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with demand planning and sourcing strategies will be beneficial.
