Additional responsibilities include:

- Preparing and explaining documents required for processing a vehicle sales transaction to ensure that all terms are clearly understood by the customer
- Ensuring that all the required documents are collected and organized in a manner that is consistent with lender and manufacturer funding requirements
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries to ensure that the customer, salesperson, and department managers are aligned in their expectations in terms of timelines and deliverables
- Taking proactive measures to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the Finance Office while maintaining the highest levels of customer service
- **2+ years (successful) experience working in an Automotive Sales or Service environment is required**:

- Excellent organizational and inter-personal communication skills is required
- Fluent grasp of written and spoken English is required; fluency in a second language (Mandarin or Farsi) is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, managing time efficiently and a high attention to detail is required
- Strong understanding of financing and leasing fundamentals as well as it the role of the Finance Department/Business Office as it pertains to automotive sales and the overall dealership ecosystem
- Must love people, and cars (Volkswagens in particular)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
