**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Completing real estate transactions, including commercial and residential mortgages, purchases and sales with mínimal supervision
- Assisting with drafting leases and other real estate agreements
- Completing title searches and basic review of instruments on title
- Completing off-title searches and coordination of issues with municipalities across Ontario
- Coordinating with a corporate clerk in maintaining client records
- Maintaining precedent database
- Organizing paper and digital files
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
