We are currently have an opportunity for a full-time EHS Coordinatorto join our Team. We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Prepare and update technical documents/manuals: Standard Work Instructions, Equipment Lockout Tag out Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Site Policies
- Document Risk Assessments including Job Hazard Assessments
- Assist with 6S Program: labeling, organization, shadow boards preparation, layouts, and taking/posting area pictures
- Provide general support and assistance to the HSE Manager
- Assist in Environmental Health and Safety audits
- Maintain relevant H&S Documents and Records
- Participate in accident/incident investigations including root cause analysis and implementation of appropriate corrective actions
- Coordinate JHSC activities and facilitate inspections/meetings and ensure all open issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Maintain Health and Safety training records and ensure training certifications
- Support business success by fostering a culture where health, safety and environment is part of everything we do
- Analyze safety trends and make recommendations to business units
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills and Experience**
- Environmental / Occupational Health and Safety Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience
- A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker with solid problem-solving skills
- A strong mindset for continuous improvement
- Attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects
- High energy level and ability to work flexible hours
