**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of food service.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster a welcoming environment for guests.
- Effective supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Expected hours: 30 per week
