Production Manager

Your challenge-
- As a result, you contribute to the achievement of your unit's strategic plan by positively influencing the adoption of healthy and safe behaviours, operating costs, performance and production capacity and quality.- Individual responsibilities- Responsible for the employee performance related to the machines
- Validate daily performance (uptime and downtime), define and execute line specific on-shift and daily action plan to ensure operational efficiency
- Ability to ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Quality standards
- Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, production capacity, standardization of operating costs and quality
- Engage and develop all your employees
- Maintain a safe environment for its employees and eliminate risks
- Implement processes and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the unit
- Ensure that conditions are in place for constant communication with employees (floor rounds, logbooks, etc.)
- Actively participate in the creation and implementation of optimization and investment projects
- Actively participate in the implementation of the units strategic plan
- Experiences and strengths- Extensive supervisory/production experience in a manufacturing environment

- Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines and production needs
