**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting.
- Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding accounts payable and assist with resolving discrepancies.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Yardi Property Management is a plus).
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and account reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively.
- Prior experience in an accounting role is preferred.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
