**Job description** **Job Posting: Full-Time Investment Associate in Toronto, ON.** Hosper Mortgage is a Financial Service company in Toronto, ON. We are multi-awarded for what we do, named top alternative lender in Canada 4 years in a row, and are opening a rewarding position for an applicant whose duties would directly support the ongoing success of our business. **The Company**: Hosper Mortgage is a collaborative team specializing in Mortgages and Private Market Investments. We share office space with a Real Estate Law firm and collaborate closely with their team. Working together, the work environment is highly flexible, agile and growth oriented. Hosper’s recent success can be attributed to the great care we take with clients and employees alike. The office is located at 21 St Clair Ave E, #200 (Yonge & St. Clair) and is close to public transit and many food and gym amenities. **Mission Statement**:The Hosper Purpose: To be the best alternative to a traditional bank. - For Investors: we offer predictable, passive, and above market returns. - For Borrowers: we provide unique financials solutions, as fast as they need it. - For Brokers: we operate with respect, diligence, and helpfulness. **Responsibilities**: * * - Prepare and send investment disclosure paperwork to investing clients. * - Support the offering and funding of 500+ mortgage investments monthly. - Provide instructions to investors on how to fund, and track incoming funding deposits, as well as funds held in trust for re-investment. - Support daily administrative takstasks to the Investment Services Team - Expectation to grow into an "Account Manager" role, which is a more senior role with higher income potential and the potential for commission. **Beneficial Skills & Experience**: - Any diploma or certificate in business administration, finance, or economics would be beneficial. - An affinity for technology, process improvement, and automation will set you up for success. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, organization, and attention to detail are all required skills. **Why Should You Apply?** - **Benefits package**: Dental and extended health care coverage. - **Work-life balance**: 3 weeks of paid vacation, paid winter holiday closure, paid breaks, and flexible work policies. - **Perks**: RRSP matching, staff investment opportunities, gym membership, financial incentive programs, team events, monthly team lunches, and more. - **Growth opportunities**: Join a growing company with direct support from the Management Team and opportunities to expand your skills and career.
