Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team

Reporting to the CFO, the Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Receivable.

**Responsibilities**:
Track and enter daily ticket
Prepare customer invoices
Submit customer invoices as required using customer systems/portals
Communicate with operations and sales staff concerning billing questions or discrepancies
Investigate late payments

**Qualifications/Expertise Required**:
Post-secondary education is a strong asset
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
A high degree of attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using a variety of computer systems
Well organized
Great time management skills
Resourceful
