Due to continued growth, we seek **a Client Service & Operations Support to **join our team of dedicated and long-serving employees from our Mississauga, ON office.

The **Client Service & Operations Support** provides operational and administrative support to a dedicated Team. This role provides support to the Move Manager and Pricing Specialist functions and staff members, as well as administrative and other support to the team Director.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Team training plans to achieve desired quality/service levels.
- Manage day to day operational escalations for Team members, while investigating, analyzing and identifying root causes to these issues.
- Coordinate move details (pickup and delivery dates, ocean and air freight, third party services etc) as required. Enters all details into Moveware and communicates internally as required.
- Assist Pricing Specialists to obtain best pricing solutions.
- Alleviate day to day activities from upper management as applicable.
- Maintain accurate vacation schedules for Team members.
- Other related duties as required.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in education and experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years successful work experience in a professional services/office environment is required.
- Previous work experience within the relocation/moving or logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong organization skills and ability to excel in a team environment required.
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) required.
- Ability to perform under pressure undertaking our seasonal workload.
