The Service Coordinator - Dispatch is responsible to deploy the technicians to different sites and task. They are the first point of contact with external customers dealing with different issues.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Performs field technician dispatching, prioritizes workloads and service call schedule
- Answers calls from customers both internal and external providing efficient, courteous and professional communication
- Proceeds with the Pre-Approval process and follow through of COD work order
- Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders
- Assist with coordinating of Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) through contract management software (EMT)
- Prepares and process purchase orders
- Supports the supervisor and service managers as necessary
- Assist other service depts. and colleague with scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs
- Expedite Warranty work orders through warranty coordinator

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- 2+ years of experience in support/service operations position
