**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting, and executing student events, day trips, workshops, celebrations, and other activities in collaboration with Student Services team.
- Coordinating, supporting, and reporting on the day-to-day operations of the student engagement team.
- Contributes to the development, coordination, and implementation of event calendars, schedules, and communication plans.
- Actively engages and connects with students to identify opportunities for relevant and meaningful on/off campus events and activities.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with vendors, organizations, and companies.
- Generates reports on student engagement metrics, including attendance, participation, and interaction data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Efficiently coordinates and schedules staff members for events, ensuring optimal staff levels to meet event requirements.
- Assists in planning and executing large-scale student events, such as Orientation and Convocation, by suggesting event strategies, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Provides guidance and advise on strategies to enhance and maximize student engagement opportunities to foster a vibrant campus community and promote student involvement.
- Handles large volume of student communication in an efficient and professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Student Services to assist with special projects and contribute to the department’s overall mission and goals.
**Required Experience**
- College Diploma / Undergraduate Degree in Event Planning, Event Management, or related discipline 1-2 Years of event planning and execution
