**Responsibilities**:
**How Will You Contribute to the Company?**

Cradlepoint is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell to companies via the telephone and internet in a defined geographic territory. The focus will be to increase sales in a historically underserved major market in Canada (Quebec), while the overall goal for the Inside Sales Representative is to grow our customer base, being responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting through the booked sale.

**What Will You Do?**
- Achieve territory sales objectives through sales of products and services to new customers
- Identify sales opportunities through lead follow-up, networking, and building relationships with potential customers
- Adopt Cradlepoint sales methodology and adhere to our sales process
- Make recommendations to prospective customers that align business needs to our technology solutions and services
- Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offerings

Qualifications:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bilingual: English & French
- Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
- Experience in presenting a sales demonstration to clients
- Consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience

**Bonus Points**:

- Successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
