**_Role Overview:_**

McAfee is looking for a revenue-driven, data-centric, and energetic Product Manager to accelerate the growth of a product reaching millions of users. Utilizing a hypothesis-driven, test and learn approach you will drive the evolution of the product to achieve revenue, acquisition, and retention goals. You will be part of the Consumer team responsible for developing best-in-class consumer experiences that protect users while browsing online.

**_ About the Role:_**
- You will iteratively test, learn and rollout new product experiences, to add new acquisition opportunities, drive contextual feature usage, reduce friction, and deliver value
- You will partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to uncover key learnings which will allow us to continuously level-up the product to achieve targets
- You will take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, writing and prioritizing requirements, providing guidance, and communicating plans, progress and success
- Work independently and with research teams to uncover customer insights, and industry and competitive trends, that will inform product experience decisions and recommendations

**_ About You:_**
- You have 5+ years of experience in product management with 2+ years focused on growth
- You have experience running in-product experiments at scale
- You are data data-driven and have strong analytical skills
- You have an ability to translate research data and insights into clear frameworks and actionable recommendations
- You have an ability to manage projects, and drive results through influence, persuasion, and relationships
- You are skilled at co-creation and working collaboratively with cross-functional leaders and teams
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering customer learnings and business results
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus
