The administrator is responsible for assisting representatives, project managers and customers of Enviroair Industries Inc. in the order administration process.
- Create and place purchase orders in our ERP and collect all the administrative documents necessary to open files;
- Complete, by contacting customers, information useful for the smooth delivery of orders;
- Issue whistleblowing forms when necessary; Coordinate deliveries from the factories to the site, while providing unparalleled customer service;
- Responsible for communicating with transport companies and coordinating deliveries with them;
- Act as a liaison with Accounting to follow up on customer billing;
- Ensure compliance of supplier invoices and approve them.
- Make sure to provide quality customer service throughout the project;
- Prepares order files, verifies credit and ensures that production deadlines meet deadlines.
- Communicate anomalies to the representative concerned;
- Prepare the balance sheet of the order;
- Transmits commands to release equipment and, if necessary, modify commands;
- Coordinates transportation, follows up on delivery with customers and keeps representatives informed of any delays;
- Prepares contract denunciations;
- Approves supplier invoices and performs invoicing;
**REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and INTERPERSONAL SKILLS**
- DEP in office automation, administration or related field;
- 2 to 3 years for Project Administrator;
- Bilingual, therefore excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP systems;
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great autonomy
- Patience

**Job Types**: Temps plein, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
