- Actively prospect, network, and secure new clients across Commercial and Personal Lines
- Build and maintain your own book of business, fostering long-term relationships
- Create and manage your own pipeline of leads and opportunities:
- Utilize market knowledge to identify growth opportunities across Commercial and Personal Lines
- Provide expert insurance advice, clearly explaining policy options and coverage
- Negotiate premiums and terms to best suit client needs
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities Qualifications:
- Previous insurance sales experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills:
- Confident communication and analytical thinking:
- Proactive, results-driven mindset:
