We are currently hiring a store manager for our Midtown Shopping Centre Zumiez location in Saskatoon SK. Zumiez is seeking a leader who thrives working in an empowered environment to achieve success, and are committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can lead a team with excellence day in & day out.
**Store Management Responsibilities**:
Zumiez store managers are responsible for the following:
Team Build Depth plan - Staffing/hiring, training & development, providing depth to the district.
Sales plan - Lead individual & store sales performance to reach company profit expectations.
Execute the Cycle - execute store operations such as inventory scans, floor sets & any other day to day tasks.
**Store Manager Qualifications and Skills**:
- 1-3 years of retail experience, and previous management experience.
- Be dependable and reliable, having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays as well as having flexibility with store assignments.
- Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior along with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers in an engaging manner.
- Individuals who are aggressive, competitive, committed and energetic
- Proven history of successfully training employees
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
- Demonstrated ability to maintain operational efficiencies

Pay: $44,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saskatoon, SK S7K 1J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
