As the
**Research Coordinator** you will have the opportunity to participate in developing internal data collection processes to guide continuous process improvement, research initiatives and program evaluation, as well as develop key evaluation questions to measure outcome strategies. You will support the Research and Evaluation Unit (REVU) and will work as a team member with other CPSA department research initiatives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to the production and planning of research projects, reports, and publications, including the monitoring of timelines, scheduling appointments and liaising with collaborators.
- Conduct literature searches, reviews, and database searches for various topics.
- Act as REVU's point of contact for internal and external collaborators.
- Assist in the development of research surveys and questionnaires, develop and maintain research databases.
- As expertise and workload permit, may have additional responsibilities which may include liaising with Program Manager, Research & Evaluation, and other CPSA departments as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in health sciences, statistics, business administration or in a related field.

**Experience**:

- Three years of relevant research and administrative experience.

**Skills**:

- Experience with primary data collection and secondary data processing for research and evaluation purposes.
- Knowledge and experience with mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) theories and research.
- Strong written and oral skills for the use in development of oral presentations, summaries, and reports.
- Requires a sound knowledge of CPSA policies and practices.

**SALARY**
The salary for this position is $66,382 annually and includes a comprehensive benefit package.
