Automotive Service Advisor/administrative Assistant

Well established facility specializing in high end and exotic vehicles. Seeking to hire a full time automotive service advisor or automotive administrative assistant to assist in major day to day operations of automotive facility. Having previous experience working in an automotive setting is greatly preferred. Having prior administrative experience is required

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Sales - Closing leads obtained through our marketing platforms in a professional manner.
- Promotion - Representing our brand values to both the general public and affiliated businesses, whether it is car shows, social media or other channels.
- Operations - Ensuring that shop procedures are followed, in order to maintain the efficiency, safety and coordination of our ongoing operations.
- Quality Control - Performing pre
- and post-delivery inspections on vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards, while maintaining a quality management system to ensure that all staff are able to do the same.
- Customer Service - Ensuring that customers leave satisfied and that all post-service concerns are properly addressed. You will also take the lead in cultivating brand loyalty through quality of service, welcoming atmosphere, and brand marketability.
- Team Management - Maintaining workplace culture and fostering an environment where individual growth can happen while meeting team goals.
- Accounting - Ensuring that all job estimates, invoices, and warranties are accurately entered and organized in an efficient manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience required: minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen eye and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workflow to meet times set forth in our service standards
- Strategic thinking and ability to maintain shop performance and team productivity
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to respond to the needs of a diverse customer base with a desire to exceed each client’s expectations
- Valid G-class driver’s license
