**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Housekeeping Scheduler & Receptionist to join our team. This position involves coordinating with both housekeeping staff and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Additionally, the role provides support to the office team by covering receptionist duties, with a focus on housekeeping and personal care tasks. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for supporting seniors and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Housekeeping Scheduler (Approx. 50% of Role)**:

- Schedule and manage housekeeping shifts for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping staff to ensure coverage for all shifts and tasks.
- Perform local client intake assessments to determine housekeeping needs.
- Communicate with clients and housekeeping staff regularly to ensure expectations are clear and met.
- Handle any schedule adjustments or service changes in a timely manner.

**Receptionist Duties (Approx. 50% of Role)**:

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Manage office communications, including handling client inquiries related to housekeeping and personal care services.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
- Support the office team and other client needs as required.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in scheduling and/or receptionist roles is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, professional attitude with a compassionate approach to client care.

**Working Conditions**:

- 20+ hours per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays, 9am-3pm on average.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and office needs.
