**Overview**:
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Gas Station Cashier to join our team at Petro-Canada. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Process customer transactions for fuel, merchandise, and other services accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and gas station premises.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Monitor fuel levels and assist customers with fueling their vehicles when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of gas station operations and familiarity with fuel dispensing systems (preferred, but not required).
