Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the shop floor
- Coordinate and assign tasks
- Ensure timely completion of jobs, set up installation of finished millwork/install experience is an asset.
- Layout and construct custom millwork according to plans using a variety of tools including a CNC and table saw.
- Train new employees on shop procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of material and hardware
- Troubleshoot technical problems as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cabinet maker or in a similar role
- Strong joinery knowledge and proficiency with power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate hand/power tools effectively
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
