**Summary**:
This position is responsible for day-to-day aspects of assisting project development and the development department with a variety of activities to include administrative activities, research and coordination to assist with meeting the goals for wind, solar, transmission and storage projects.

**Requirements**:

- Preparation of Landowner information and lease packages
- Entry of Lease documents and terms into RES’ lease management database
- Management of payments
- Documentation of Lease variances
- Preparation and submittal of Request for Proposal responses
- Assisting regional administrators with project specific needs
- Coordination with/Preparation of third party consultant contracts
- Management of internal inputs into client management software
- Coordination of internal and external meetings
- Compilation of management reports and budgets
- Coordination with Accounts Payable for development related third party payments
- Preparation of presentation/meeting materials
- Present, support, and lead-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, law, engineering, or related field or 4 years of related experience
- Less than one year of work experience in project development, real estate, land acquisition, or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to travel 5 to 15%
- Ability to work independently or with limited oversight
- Intermediate skills in solving complex problems
- Highly organized
- Basic skills in managing client interactions and delivering on time cost effective projects
- Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in MSOffice and Outlook
- Intermediate skills in Data Base management
- Understanding of contract terms and ability to recognize discrepancies
- Ability to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors

**Anticipated base salary range**: $55,250 - $68,000 CAD

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
