In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to high-quality service by ensuring efficient heating systems and plumbing service for our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of providing top-notch solutions tailored to local requirements.

**Job Title: Plumbing Sales Estimator**
**About the Role**:
We are hiring a _Plumbing Sales Estimator_ to support our expanding plumbing services. This is a commission-based opportunity for professionals with a plumbing background and strong sales expertise. You will work closely with licensed plumbers to calculate job costs and meet with customers to present detailed estimates and project scopes.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with plumbers to inspect project sites and gather necessary information.
- Calculate and prepare detailed plumbing job estimates.
- Conduct customer meetings to present the scope of work and answer questions.
- Drive direct and consultative sales to close projects effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Keep up to date with plumbing products, codes, and service practices.
- Achieve sales targets under a commission-based compensation plan.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in plumbing service, installation, or project estimation.
- Direct and indirect sales experience in the plumbing industry is required.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- CRM proficiency and general computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Compensation**:
This is a **commission-based** position. _Pay will be discussed based on qualifications and experience._
