We are a rapidly growing physiotherapy family practice nestled in the Northridge community of London, Ontario. We are a strong interconnected team ready to help our clients heal from injuries.

**What we are looking for**

A part-time (12-15hrs per week) Client Experience Coordinator - receptionist The hours may vary and will also involve vacation coverage.

**Who is the position best suited for**

If you are _flexible_ with work hours, this may be the position for you **The shifts will generally be 3-4 hours long and will include several morning shifts, 1-2 evenings and most Saturday mornings**. An example schedule may be: 8:30/9am -12pm Mon/Wed/Thurs, 4-7pm Tues, 9am-12pm Sat.

If you can strike up a conversation with new people in a friendly manner you would be a good fit for this role. We are really keen on the nuances of _communication_, especially tone.

Do you have great _attention to detail_? We really value someone who is thorough and checks their work.
- Multi-tasking, organization and prioritization _are really important skills There are many different tasks at the clinic that we need help with. We love when our administrative staff are on top of things, even before we ask

Being able to express _compassion, empathy and love_ to our clients is an absolute must. One of our main goals at Break Free is to show we actually care, and we do

Having great _technological literacy_, in other words being good with computers, is essential. We have moved away from paper and everything is electronic here.

We may have some grumpy people once in a while. If you have good success with conflict resolution, you will fit right in

Experience with our _Jane software_ is a plus.
