**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a cleaner for our site in downtown Vancouver.
- ** Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours (7am-3pm)**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points such as light switches and door handles
- Locking elevators and putting up elevator pads during move ins/move outs
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks and panels
- Damp mop hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and elevator floors
- Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
- Keep garbage room tidy

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Cleaning experience is preferable
- Organized and reliable
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner

**COMPENSATION**:$15.65 per hour
