Electronics Technician

On Side Restoration is seeking an **Electronics Technician **to join our **Laval **team. The Electronics Technician is responsible for following instructions on work orders, focused on quality, cost control and consistency. Ensures all aspects of job are completed as per protocols. Follows and maintains a 5S culture and mindset.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Processes electronics in warehouse or at site as per protocols
- Maintains effective and timely communications with all internal/external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables
- Assists with the completion of all necessary documentation required for invoicing
- Completes file notes to update the progress, storage and delivery and/or set up of the electronics
- Manages and maintains company assets consistent with business image and expectations
- Sustains a Health & Safety environment focused on prevention of accident / incident
- Actions personal performance and appearance consistent with company policies and procedures
- Provides direction or support in other areas as requested/required

**What you bring to succeed...**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Electronics certificate
- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s licence
- WHMIS
- Ability to transform information into action
- Understanding of restoration business
- Understanding of characteristics of electronics items
- Experienced with disassembling and reassembling
- Appropriate analysis and determination of claim-related damage to items
- Basic computer skills required, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Self starter with efficient time management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized individual and great team player

**Of Note**

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.
