**Job Overview**

Do you enjoy cleaning and organizing? If so, the AVID Team is currently hiring for a driven, detail-oriented individual with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team This position will begin with commercial offices with the potential to join our team on luxury, residential services.

We offer a variety of services from office to residential to post renovation cleanings for clients who value both quality and efforts of our team members. Uniform shirts, PPE and all supplies will be provided for our team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous hospitality cleaning / housekeeping experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 25lbs as required for various cleaning tasks.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
