**About Fiskco**

Fiskco Health + Performance started in 2012 and is a staple healthcare location within the Ladner/Tsawwassen community. We have a multidisciplinary practice that includes chiropractors, RMTs, acupuncture and naturopathic doctors, all collaborating together on patient-centred care.

At Fiskco, we are passionate about being more than just adjustment-based practitioners. Our chiropractors provide a wide range of treatment options to our patients. Fiskco’s chiropractors have access to multiple modalities that include: Laser, IFC/TENs, Ultrasound and Shockwave Therapy. Our chiropractors focus on soft tissue therapy, MRT, Graston, Cupping, Activator, Drop piece, SMT, and prescription of rehab exercises in the care of our patients.

All the practitioners at Fiskco Health focus on 1:1 care in the management of our patients. We also promote collaboration between all of our team members when best suited in our patients care plan. This means referral amongst our practitioners is encouraged when appropriate. Fiskco is very well known in our community and we strive to provide the top notch care for our patients.

**What We are Looking for in a Practitioner**

Fiskco Health is looking for a chiropractor that:

- Is licensed and in good standing with the Chiropractic College of British Columbia.
- Has the the appropriate liability insurance. (Proof of Insurance).
- Is a team player; someone that is focused on team growth and success and not solely individual growth.
- Has the willingness to collaborate with the team, that includes practitioners and the admin staff.
- Is eager to continue learning, open to advice/education, and willing to help others on the team as well.
- Is an advocate of your own growth and development
- Will contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviours such as; willingness to help colleagues patient base shall they need help, mentoring others and to the best of your ability, attend and contribute in team meetings or community outreaches.
- Is comfortable coming in 20 min before the start of their shift. This ensures your treatment room is prepped and gives plenty of time to acquire help from admin or to discuss shared patients with others practitioners prior to your first patient.
- Is goal driven.
- Can handle constructive criticism.
- Is a clear communicator.
- A BC resident

**What You will Be Doing as A Chiro at Fiskco**

As a chiropractor at Fiskco Health, you will:

- Provide high-level care to our patients to ensure a positive experience at Fiskco Health
- You will deliver evidence-based care to our patients at Fiskco Health.
- Keep up with the standard of care set at Fiskco Health.
- Focus on understanding your patients complaints, take thorough histories, thorough physical examinations, provide an ROF, explain all treatment options to ensure patient comfort, and provide exercise/rehab education when necessary.
- Provide individualized treatment plans to your patients.
- Adhere to current clinic business procedures and workflows that are set in place.
- Refer the patient out when needed
- to either other practitioners in the office or local practitioners outside of the office.
- Be willing to work in a collaborative environment
- this involves both your colleagues and front desk admin team.

**Compensation**:
Agree to be discussed during the interview or once we find the right fit.

General Information about compensation: split fee structure, with a percentage to the associate and percentage to Fiskco Health.
